Returns Policy

Faulty or Incorrectly Shipped Goods: If you receive a faulty or incorrectly shipped product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. you can return the item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The product must be in its original condition.

Decorated Garments: We do not accept decorated or cord-changed garments for returns.

Unwanted Goods: Unwanted items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee will apply, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Clearance Items: Please note that clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Sample Pack Garments: Sample pack garments can only be exchanged in the event of a fault.
